Apprelika Developers ("we", "us", "our") is the developer and publisher of the mobile game "Arrow Puzzle: Escape Blocks" (the "App" or "Game"), distributed through the Google Play Store. "You" and "Your" mean anyone who downloads, installs, or plays the App.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, how any information is used, who it is shared with, and what choices You have. Please read it before installing or using the App. By using the App, You agree to this Privacy Policy.
Short summary:
We do not collect, request, or store any of the following: Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, gender, government identifiers, payment or card details, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photos, videos, files on Your device, microphone or camera input, or precise/approximate device location (GPS or network based). The App declares no location, storage, camera, microphone or contacts permission.
To let You continue where You left off, the App saves a small amount of gameplay data in the device's local app storage (Android SharedPreferences). This includes:
This data never leaves Your device, is not linked to any identity, and is not transmitted to us. It is permanently deleted when You uninstall the App or clear the App's data from Your device settings.
The App itself does not run any analytics or crash-reporting service. However, because the App shows ads and supports Google Play in-app updates, the following third-party SDKs may automatically collect limited technical information from Your device when You are online:
| Service | Information it may collect | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) | Device advertising identifier, IP address (and country/region derived from it), device model, operating system version, language, network type, and ad interaction events such as an ad being requested, shown, clicked, closed or a rewarded ad being completed. | To serve, render, cap the frequency of and measure advertisements inside the Game, to detect invalid traffic and ad fraud, and to pay us advertising revenue that keeps the Game free. |
| Google Play In-App Update API | App package name and installed version, handled by the Google Play Store app on Your device. | To check whether a newer version of the App is available on the Play Store and to offer You the update from inside the Game. |
| Google Play Store | Installation, update and crash information collected by Google Play itself, independent of the App. | App distribution, updates and aggregate (non-identifying) stability and install statistics shown to us in the Play Console. |
This information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reports (for example total impressions and estimated earnings) and never receive Your personal data from Google.
The App is free to play and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display the following ad formats:
Because the App is suitable for all ages, including children, we configure the Google Mobile Ads SDK on every ad request with the following settings:
tagForChildDirectedTreatment = TRUE - all ad requests are treated as directed to children, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA);tagForUnderAgeOfConsent = TRUE - all ad requests are treated as coming from users below the age of consent under the GDPR;maxAdContentRating = G - only advertising content rated "General audiences" may be shown. The practical effect of these settings is that ads shown in the App are non-personalized: they are selected on the basis of contextual information (such as the current app and coarse geography) rather than on the basis of a behavioural profile of the user, and the advertising identifier is not used for interest-based targeting or remarketing.
You can reset or delete the advertising identifier used by ads at any time from Your device settings, typically under Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads), where You can also select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation". You may also learn more or opt out at https://adssettings.google.com. Turning off Your device's internet connection will also stop ads from loading; the Game's levels are playable offline.
| Permission | Why it is required |
|---|---|
android.permission.INTERNET |
The only permission the App declares. It is used solely to load advertisements and to check the Play Store for app updates. Puzzle gameplay itself works fully offline. |
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID (added automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK) |
Allows the ads SDK to read the device advertising identifier for ad delivery, frequency capping and invalid-traffic detection. It is not used by us for profiling or personalized advertising. |
The limited information described in Section 1 is used only to: (i) save and restore Your gameplay progress on Your own device; (ii) display and measure advertisements so that the Game can remain free; (iii) prevent ad fraud and invalid traffic; (iv) offer You app updates through Google Play; and (v) respond to You if You contact us by email. We do not use any information for profiling, credit scoring, or automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles about You.
We do not sell, rent or trade any user information, and we do not share information with data brokers.
Information is shared only in the limited ways described below:
The App is a general-audience puzzle game that is also suitable for children, and is distributed in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App has no account creation, no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, no in-app purchases and no external links other than those to Google's own policies and store pages. All advertising is configured as child-directed and non-personalized, and is limited to "General audiences (G)" rated content, as described in Section 2.1.
If You are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us in any way, please contact us at apprelika1@gmail.com and we will delete such information promptly.
We do not operate any user database and therefore hold no personal data about You to retain. Game progress stored on Your device is retained until You delete it. You can erase it at any time by:
Data collected by Google through AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's own retention practices. If You wish to make a request in relation to any data associated with Your use of the App, write to us at apprelika1@gmail.com and we will assist You, including by directing the request to Google where the data is held by them.
Since the App stores its data locally on Your device and we operate no user servers, the main protection for Your game data is the security of Your own device. All network traffic made by the advertising and update SDKs uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. While we take reasonable measures to keep the App safe, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We recommend that You download the App only from the official Google Play Store listing. We are not responsible for modified or "cracked" versions of the App obtained from third-party sources, which may behave differently from what this Privacy Policy describes.
Depending on where You live, You may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 - including the right to access, correct, delete or port Your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Because we do not collect or store personal data that identifies You, we usually hold nothing to access, correct, export or delete. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may still exercise Your choices by resetting or deleting Your advertising identifier (Section 2.2), clearing the App's local data (Section 7), or contacting us at apprelika1@gmail.com. We respond to genuine requests within 30 days.
Advertisements displayed in the App may take You to third-party websites or store listings that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those destinations. We encourage You to read the privacy policy of any third-party site or app before providing information to it. Useful references:
In line with the IAB Tech Lab app-ads.txt specification, we publish the list of advertising partners authorized to sell inventory in Arrow Puzzle: Escape Blocks at the root of this website: /app-ads.txt. Any seller not listed in that file is not authorized to sell advertising in our App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App gains a new feature or uses a new service provider. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where the change is significant we may additionally notify You inside the App or on the Play Store listing. Your continued use of the App after the change takes effect means You accept the revised policy.
If You have any question, concern or complaint about this Privacy Policy or about how the App handles data, please contact us:
